Leadership

Amy Adolph (Chief Executive Officer)

Amy Adolph has been developing collaborative systems stems from 20+ years by working within Non Profits in various capacities including writing, editing, coordinating grants, and project management with the largest being an international collaboration of 1000+ members. At Wright Patterson AFB, Amy was contracted to coordinate classified research between scientists and engineers using high tech simulators. Previously, Amy worked in training, and owned a small company in California. She has been featured on the public community channel as a guest speaker for leadership and employee development, and while she enjoyed working with people, Amy soon learned that really understanding people meant needing to understand the human component of “employees.” This motivation earned her a clinical degree in counseling and psychology. She was awarded the first fellowship as a graduate student at a Community Mental Health Clinic resulting in developing the first co-occurring program. As a consultant, Amy has expertise in trouble shooting and problem solving for various levels of organizational management from the Board to Executives to managers. As a philanthropist, she has worked on nonprofit boards, and has started two small community non-profit organizations, one international, “in development” and one called “Red Shoe Day.” This breadth of experience served as the impetus for founding the Faculty Research Group. Amy also teaches part time for University of Phoenix online, and considers her role in teaching adults, her “fun job.” She teaches psychology, cultural ethics and entry level English and Math education courses.
